Phil to Cabin

Phil Waters and his wife Colleen and son Mathew were going to come up and use the cabin for its actual purpose...a vacation place! ;-) But he came up early with me at the beginning of the week so we could clean up the place and do a little work. I left on Sunday before his family showed up.

We managed to get a few things done including:

Fixed every single interior door so that they closed correctly without banging. Added the trim boards on 2 of them too.
Added some trim boards on windows in the living room.
Completed more drywall in the South bedroom.
Worked a bit on the North bedroom floor where we flushed out the vent hole in the floor.
Fixed the rocking toilet in the 1/2 bath.
Cleaned up some of the rooms so that it was livable for his crew.

Phil cut while I installed the drywall in the shelf area of the South Bedroom.	Here's what we did drywall wise. The non-frescoed part is what we did. The frescoed part was already done.

Some of the doors we adjusted.	A very flush and stable toilet now. :-) I had the flange about 1/2 inch too high, so the toilet was high and rocked when you sat on it. We cut the flange off, and glued a new one in with it being lower. Now the throne is stable!
